Architect · Project Lead · BIM Strategy
Guilhem Wawrzyniak
I focus on transforming existing buildings through ecology, reuse, and material intelligence, using BIM strategy and coordination systems to turn environmental ambition into clear, buildable architecture.
I am most interested in the transformation of existing buildings and sites: projects where architecture must work with context, resources, and living environments rather than against them.
I see renovation as an opportunity to reveal new spatial value from what is already there, not as a secondary exercise after new-build thinking.
Ecological design matters when it changes decisions about material reuse, durability, energy logic, and the relationship between building, landscape, and climate.
Technical systems and BIM are tools I use to protect architectural intent, make complexity legible, and carry good design through delivery.
A technical layer built to keep complex projects predictable, faster to coordinate, and easier to deliver at scale.
600+ Revit, Dynamo, and Python workflows deployed
Permit and coordination tasks reduced by up to 30%
Model standards and QA logic scaled across teams
Reliable BIM outputs for architects, consultants, and contractors
Three capabilities. One integrated approach.

I'm an architect based in Brussels, working across Belgium and France on complex renovation and new-build projects. My practice is rooted in the transformation of existing buildings, with particular attention to ecology, reuse, and the relationship between architecture, landscape, and climate.
Over a decade of project leadership and BIM management across more than 200,000 m² has taught me that technical rigor is not separate from design quality. I build the frameworks, models, and workflows that allow architectural intent to remain legible through complexity, scale, and multidisciplinary delivery.
I am particularly interested in roles where architecture, project leadership, and systems thinking reinforce one another: turning ecological and spatial ambition into clear decisions, coordinated teams, and robust deliverables.
If you are looking for an architect who can lead complex projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and bring strong BIM and delivery structure without losing design intent, let's speak.
